Help bring hope to the people of Philadelphia! Be part of our Freedom Life Community Care Team that will serve with the Convoy of Hope on Saturday, April 27th at Hunting Park.

The Convoy of Hope event is a collaborative effort that offers free groceries, health screenings, job services, family portraits, haircuts, prayer and activities for children. Alongside hundreds of volunteers, we will serve and encourage families, and help them connect to a local church.

Freedom Life is aiming to assemble a team of 40 individuals to represent our church and share God’s love with others. We will primarily fulfill roles on the Connections Team & Greeter Team. See the complete list of opportunities:

  • Connections Team: Pray with guests and connect them to a local church.

  • Greeter Team: Assertively welcome guests and engage in conversation.

  • Family Portraits Team: Take pictures of families.

  • Haircuts Team: Provide complimentary hair services.

  • Health Services Team: Medical professionals provide free screenings that include blood pressure, hearing tests, vision screening, physical exams, etc.

  • Kid Zone Team: Plan and coordinate game and activities for children. (These volunteers will be required to submit clearances.)
